Booking Process
1) It was extremely easy to book an appointment via their business whatsapp number. Clarence & Gabriel were very professional, responded very fast and promptly to my enquires and advised me accordingly based on my flat size. It was a breeze dealing with them as compared to those cleaning companies that either outsourced their customer service agent to some countries outside Singapore or deployed a very robotic AI agent.
Price
1) I did my research and enquire among a few top cleaning and highly reviewed companies and found that Three Butlers pricing was the most reasonable and affordable one amongst them based on the same cleaning scope. I took up the Post Renovation Cleaning + Deep Floor Cleaning bundle BTO package price at $500 nett based on my unit size (no gst) which was a steal as some companies will quote you separately for these 2 service or as a add on and most of them will cost you around $600-$800 range based on my unit size. Extremely satisfied with their competitive pricing yet without cutting any corners on their cleaning scope.
Cleaning
1) I would like to highly commend the 2x helpers Ms Zin and Ms Thu who were assigned to assist to clean with my unit. Clarence was around too to ensure that the cleaning started without any delay. The ladies were very well trained, professional, diligent, polite and started the cleaning without any delay. The entire cleaning was a breeze as I did not need to supervise them or point out any area that was not cleaned. In fact, they went above and beyond to scrub and clean out every single dirt and grime within the whole house without me pointing it out. They were also very friendly, approachable and can speak mandarin and english quite well. Overall, I would rate their cleaning a 9/10 (10/10 abit fake) as I can totally feel a drastic difference in the cleanliness of the house before post reno cleaning and after post reno cleaning.
For the deep floor cleaning, they used specialized industrial grade machine to clean and remove those fine dust renovation particles that was stuck in my vinyl and tiled floor. My vinyl and tile flooring became very shiny and clean and I could feel the significant difference just by walking on it. Extremely glad that I took up this deep floor cleaning as well.
Overall
I would highly recommend you to engage Three Butlers if you are looking for a professional, friendly, reasonable pricing company to do your post renovation cleaning. Just take up their BTO bundle package which is more worth it in my opinion!
