The entire session took about 6 hours, and I found the guys to be extremely polite. They came fully equipped and did a solid job on the vinyl flooring and bathroom tiles. I was especially pleased with the work done on the window frames; they were stained by the previous owner, but the team managed to make them look a lot better. It’s a level of cleanliness I probably wouldn’t have been able to achieve on my own.
During the final walk-through, I noticed a few minor missed areas, like the grooves above the wall switches, and some scratched marks on the walls. The team was professional about it and worked on the missed spots immediately once they were pointed out. The marks aren't a major issue as I can touch up the paint myself, but it’s something to keep an eye on. Having never used a professional cleaning service before, I think they did a great job. If you find cleaning to be a hassle, I think they provide good value and a reliable service.
